All proceeds support the AAHS, the McLemore House Museum, and our newest preservation endeavor, the Merrill-Williams House.  Expect an enchanting evening with a sellout crowd of around 750 distinguished guests. Secure your tickets early to ensure you don’t miss out on this remarkable gathering.

The festivities kick off with a captivating social hour, where you can mingle and enjoy a cash bar. At 7pm, the official program commences, when AAHS presents their annual awards across categories such as business, organization, civic engagement, communication, education, and religion. This is a moment to honor and recognize the outstanding contributions of individuals and organizations that have positively impacted the Williamson County community.

To support this special night, you may come as an individual patron or serve as a table host. As a table host, we ask that you invite four other couples or individuals to join you in filling a table of 10 at a cost of $1,000.00 per table. Table host payments are due by January 13, 2025 to be recognized as a table host in the program booklet and must be received by that date. Individual tickets are $100.00 per person and may be purchased until January 15, 2025 and payment must be received by that date also. Ticket sales begin Friday, November 15, 2025.  Seating will be arranged according to when tables are completed and payment is received.

As in past years, attendance will be great and tickets sell out fast, so get your tickets early.
